The bed was comfortable and A/C worked. Location good.

Didn't like stained towels or bed sheet. Outdated shower, and toilet didn't work properly. No pressure or enough water to function correctly. Advised front desk of these inconveniences, and they were polite about assisting. Payment is cash only, My card info was requested when booking. Yet they want cash. Would not stay there again or recommend.

I loss my cellular phone. I forget it in the room when check out I call and the staff said they did not find, and the controls of ac and tv too. I return to the hotel and they can't check the camera, the manager is in the hospital, and said they find the controls Bad experience

ELEVATOR BROKEN I HAD TO CLIMB THREE FLOORS WAS PAINFUL FOR MY CONDITION IN MY BODY I HAVE CHRONIC PAIN IN MY WHOLE BODY PLUS WE HAD SIX SUITCASES WAS TERRIBLE TO CLIMB THREE FLOORS WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR

The basic room was tiny but I was given an upgrade to a much bigger and more adequate room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and security-conscious. The underground garage was a bonus.

There was little sound insulation: I could hear conversations in corridors and possibly neighbouring rooms, but I heard nothing from the noisy street outside. The window looked out to a corridor, which was open to the air, but not to the outside. The light in my bathroom turned itself off at random, and although I reported this nothing was done during my stay. Coffee at breakfast was instant - in Colombia!

Good price despite being the week of the festival.

Good price despite being the week of the festival. Near the metro. Near many restaurants that are more local and for the locals. Parking garage. Breakfast included in price.

Pillows a little too soft. Hot water took a while to come out but good pressure. Forgot to ask for AC control and was freezing for the first 2 days

In first place I liked the hospitality of the hotel workers, in second place, the breakfast was so good.

I was with a friend and I expected that the size of the bed were bigger for a room for a two person room.

Aways an amazing experience. Im so happy I found this hotel and will continue to stay there.

The hotel is great! The staff is wonderful and the room is very comfortable. I wish the water in the shower would be hotter but it is still tolerable. The room is always clean and the location cant be beat. It is just 10 minutes walking to the metro and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Whenever I am in town I will always stay at this hotel.

The toilet seat broke because it was rusted badly which made using it difficult. Wasn't repaired. I was also awakened at 4 am one day by the desk clerk who wanted to know if water was leaking in my bathroom. Then he came to my room to check it at 4:30 am. If there was a water leak, I would have called to report it. Could not get back to sleep after that.
