I chose a king size bed when doing the reservation yet I got a single bed.

The bed was comfortable and A/C worked. Location good.

Didn't like stained towels or bed sheet. Outdated shower, and toilet didn't work properly. No pressure or enough water to function correctly. Advised front desk of these inconveniences, and they were polite about assisting. Payment is cash only, My card info was requested when booking. Yet they want cash. Would not stay there again or recommend.

I loss my cellular phone. I forget it in the room when check out I call and the staff said they did not find, and the controls of ac and tv too. I return to the hotel and they can't check the camera, the manager is in the hospital, and said they find the controls Bad experience

Falta de claridad por parte del personal en el horario de...

Falta de claridad por parte del personal en el horario de desayunos, perdí 3 desayunos que estaban incluidos por 20 min, les informé esta novedad a los encargados del hotel pero no tuvieron ninguna intención en tratar de remediar el tema, conclusión, no les interesó nada la inconsistencia.

Buena ubicación, fácil llegar en transporte público y la habitación estaba atrás y no había ruido de la calle, porque queda en una vía muy transitada.

llame antes para cambiar la reserva y no se hizo caso, El precio que nos dieron no correspondió al ofrecido inicialmente. Viajábamos por trabajo así que debíamos salir temprano del hotel, pero el desayuno lo servían después de las 7:30 am, no se nos dio ninguna opción ni se nos dio desayuno.

La atención, personal muy amable y servicial, sitio seguro. Habitación con aire acondicionado, tv.

Los desayunos no variaban, el servicio de Internet malo, no había buena señal en la habitación. Un poco mas casi no te ponen jabón para el baño.

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente. La limpieza buena.

El desayuno resultó poco variado. Viajé desde Argentina donde no estamos acostumbrados a la cocina que acostumbran ofrecer (huevos, tocino, etcétera) . No había croassant, ni mermeladas , por ejemplo.

The basic room was tiny but I was given an upgrade to a much bigger and more adequate room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and security-conscious. The underground garage was a bonus.

There was little sound insulation: I could hear conversations in corridors and possibly neighbouring rooms, but I heard nothing from the noisy street outside. The window looked out to a corridor, which was open to the air, but not to the outside. The light in my bathroom turned itself off at random, and although I reported this nothing was done during my stay. Coffee at breakfast was instant - in Colombia!

Good price despite being the week of the festival.

Good price despite being the week of the festival. Near the metro. Near many restaurants that are more local and for the locals. Parking garage. Breakfast included in price.

Pillows a little too soft. Hot water took a while to come out but good pressure. Forgot to ask for AC control and was freezing for the first 2 days
